Library Collections

Table of Contents

Using the OneSearch discovery tool or the Online Catalog you can identify most of the materials in the Libraries' main collection of books, journals, maps, videos, and other materials commonly found in traditional academic library collections.

However, the Libraries host a number of specialized collections that can be more effectively researched through customized search tools. Selected below are some of our more notable or popular collections:

  • Special Collections & University Archives:  Home of the Libraries' rare materials, unique collections and University Archives.
  • Ebook Collections:  How to find and access the thousands of e-books available through the University Libraries.
  • Streaming Video Collections:  Over 100,000 titles, including documentaries, feature films, primary source material, and more.
  • Digital Collections:  Access to the Libraries' vast collection of digital photos, paintings, year books, documents, and more.
  • Map Collections:  Check out our general map collection in the DeLaMare Library and visit Special Collections to examine unique historic maps.
  • Things in the KC:  Find books, videos, manuscripts and more that are physically in the Knowledge Center.
