Computing, Printing, & Scanning

On-site computers are available throughout the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center and in the DeLaMare Science & Engineering and Savitt Medical Libraries.

Visit the Lendable Technology page for a complete list of available technology that can be borrowed in Knowledge Center (first floor) and DeLaMare Library. Examples include:

Printing stations are available on most floors of the libraries. Scan your WolfCard at any print station (load it with WolfBucks first) to release your print. Check our website for prices. The Libraries also provide scanning stations free of charge.

Makerspace in the DeLaMare Library

All students can partake in making and thinking creatively about integrating making into assignments. The Makerspace at the DeLaMare Library offers 3D printers and scanners, laser and vinyl cutters, a PCB milling machine, soldering and sewing stations, and hand tools. Expert student Maker Wranglers offer free consultations about using the making equipment. Visit Making Resources for details.

High-Tech Spaces

Both @One on the 1st floor of the Knowledge Center and DeLaMare Library contain several high-tech spaces to support learning and research.

Students using computers for media projects in @One

DataWorks

DataWorks Labs provide access to GIS, statistics, CAD, math, and other productivity software. DataWorks North is located in the @One, and Data Works South is located in the DeLaMare basement. Visit DataWorks for more information. You can also access DataWorks software virtually through remote services.

@Reality

Dynamic Media Lab

The Dynamic Media Lab provides software, hardware, and expert assistance to complete media projects including video and audio editing, sound recording, animation and graphics creation, and digital still photography. The room features 18 Mac Pro workstations including an instructor workstation connected to a large display projector. There is even a sound room. Visit the Dynamic Media Lab for more information.

Podcast Suite

Located on the first floor of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center, in room 111, the Podcast Suite features four broadcast ready mics and professional software for recording and editing audio. Online reservations are strongly recommended to ensure availability. Reservations can be made up to 8-days in advance.  One reservation allowed per day, up to 3-hours per reservation.
