The Knowledge Center, DeLaMare, and Savitt Libraries will be open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday beginning July 6. Limited services will be available and librarians are available to assist you online.
There are many ways to search for books.
One of the best ways is through the Classic Catalog. Type in the title of the book or a Keyword in the search box.
The Library Catalog searches the "entire collection" including other local academic institutions other than UNR. Under Collection you may select a specific library - ie: UNR DeLaMare Library. Make sure to look at the Status & Location of the book.
If we do not have to book, check LINK+ to see if another institution in our consortium has a copy to lend to us. If other they don’t have it you can Interlibrary Loan (ILL) the book from any were in the world.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is another way to get a book you need if we don't have it. Simply Copy and paste as much information in the form as possible and submit the request.
Search google books for potentially free ebooks. After doing a search click on "Free Google Ebooks" to limit all search results to free books.
