The best place to start, this database has more than 4,100 compiled legislative histories.

Nevada Revised Statutes
The official current list of Nevada's law as passed by legislators. The index links to relevant sections. At the end of each section, there is a statement in parentheses noting when the legislation was added to the NRS.
Nevada Law Library
Includes the Nevada Revised Statutes and the Statutes of Nevada (1965 to present). Provides a historical look at Nevada law.
Session Information
Bill histories are available online from 1985 to present. Starting with the 1993 session, committee minutes are available. Full minutes including exhibits are available starting with the 2003 session. The daily Senate and Assembly journals are available starting with the 1997 session; searching capability starts with the 1999 session.

Includes many legislative studies and background papers by the Research Division of the Legislative Counsel Bureau.
