Run your search in the Embase database. On the results page, check the boxes to the left of the citations you want to move to EndNote Online, then click Export. When the Export records dialog box opens, select RIS format (Mendeley, EndNote), then click the Export button.
Once you click Export, you will see a dialog box telling you the file is Ready for download. Click the Download button. The file will be saved as records.ris on your computer.
If you haven't already, open EndNote Online and log into your account. Click the Collect tab and select Import References.
Next to File: click the Choose File button. Navigate to the records.ris file that you saved to your computer.
In the drop-down menu next to Import Option: select RefMan Ris.
In the drop-down menu next to To: you can select an existing group, add a New Group, or file in the [Unfiled folder]. Click the Import button.
